With all the chaos ensuing here in the US right now, some have said, in part, this is a result of people growing up without having a father or a strong father figure. More than ever it is important for children, to have that role model of discipline, love and spirituality, as well as of course virtue and truth, hard work and accountability and so on.

Today’s blog post looks at Saint Germain’s words about the important role of fathers in this new age. Saint Germain, of course was Saint Joseph, the father of Jesus. He, of all people, should know about fatherhood!

 

Here are a few gems from Saint Germain’s January 2, 2010 message:

• He took fatherhood seriously!

And I took my office, to be his father, importantly and I prepared my vessel, just as Mary did [hers], for his coming. 

• He was really tuned in!

And so day by day as I awakened, I was very often told exactly what was needed by the boy Jesus, by my family and directed by high initiates in the heaven world to implement a plan for his higher education and the inculcation of divine principles and values within his life.

• He imparted spiritual teachings to his children, just as today’s fathers should do:

So, fathers of this age, understand the import of your mission to teach, along with your spouse, the children entrusted to you…. It is so important that you pass on to future generations what you have received from the Brotherhood.

• Plan to pass on the highest values to your children:

Yes, you are the leaders of your families with your beloved, and you must take to heart the cosmic accountability [for] that which comes before the eyes and the minds of your children..

• Saint Germain reminds young men to be accountable for their actions:

I speak to the souls of all young men, even [those] in their teens…Before you engage in the co-creative act, [which] is sacred, consider the consequences of your actions and prepare lovingly for the possibility for life to emerge.

• Saint Germain challenges the fathers of today to provide what their family needs physically:

Work and get the education that you require to support your spouse, your loved ones. For thereby you will show and demonstrate your true love to them through your support.

• Saint Germain warns fathers not to desert their responsibilities:

Those who have abandoned their spouse[s], especially after the time of birth, do a great injustice to the universe and the souls entrusted to them …go back and support those whom you have sired and brought into incarnation. Fulfill [both] your legal obligations [and] your spiritual responsibility…

• And a final word?

If life is sacred and these souls entrusted to you, of a very high evolution, are [to be] able to fulfill their missions, then you must take your role seriously as you and your spouse co-create together.
